Obtaining Your Green Card: Timeline

New U.S. Passport

Through the EB-5 Program, you can expect the following timeline after your initial deposit with NYIF:

3-6 Months: Within 3-6 months of your deposit, and once the I-526 is approved, you and your family will get Temporary Green Cards
After 2 Years: File I-829, and, if approved, you and your family will get Permanent Green Cards
After 5 Years: You and your family will be eligible for U.S. Citizenship
