Robert G. Friedman and Bernard Friedman:
Robert and Bernard Friedman have been actively engaged in the real estate business since 1960. They own, have construct and manage numerous properties in Manhattan, primarily on the Upper East Side.

The Friedmans also previously owned and operated Penmark Realty Corporation, a full-service residential real estate management company that has grown through hard work and an honest reputation since 1939. Penmark Realty Corporation has over 110 buildings and 6,000 units under management. Their goal is simple: to provide the highest level of service possible and to see that each building is catered to as though it were their own.

In the last six years, they have constructed approximately one million square feet of residential space, at a total cost of over $440M.
