KRE Group is best known for their towering Journal Squared / Jersey City project (213,677 m² / 1,840 rental residences). KRE Group has developed, owns, and manages more than 6 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and retail property, as well as 10,000 existing apartments with an additional 5,000 apartments in various stages of approvals and construction.
NYIF received 100% full repayment on the 235 Grand Project with KRE in 2023, despite the banking crisis and higher interest rates.
Silverstein Properties is renowned for owning and redeveloping the World Trade Center in Manhattan (325,161 m²/ 94 stories). One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the United States and the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
Other notable developments include the new Disney HQ near SOHO NY, the largest Four Seasons Resort in the world at Walt Disney World Orlando, and the Four Seasons Hotel and residences in Lower Manhattan which, at 82 stories, is one of the tallest residential towers in New York. EB-5 financing was utilized on the Four Seasons Downtown NY which has been successfully repaid.
